My homemade burgers are getting fancier it seems. The description on this one sounds like it comes from an overpriced (and pretentious) burger place, however it was delicious and probably the cost of a fast food burger out to make. We really like Malbecs from Salta (a high altitude region), and this one did not disappoint.
