A long walk

Headed into Kirkliston today to catch up with a friend for breakfast... Walk 1.

Then afterwards he suggested that we should go and take his dog for a walk... Walk 2

Then after that I headed home... Walk 3

So by the afternoon my legs were a bit tired and I couldn't think of anything else but to let them rest...... Until that was I got to the pool this evening for a training sesh in the water!!

Reckon I'll sleep well tonight!!
