So close

I was sitting at the desk getting ready to post my photo for today..a moon shot from 6am this morning,  when the dog did a little grumble as she stood on the sofa looking out.  I glanced over to see a really cool spider web than was shining in the late afternoon sun.  But as I was getting ready to get the camera to talk a photo I spotted the deer in the front yard almost at the front porch!    The family was eating in the grass and the buck was beside the oak tree.  They have been close but never this close before!   

So I scratched that moon photo and the spider web to share the deer family.
