Anni and Josef Albers

Both are exhibited in a large  exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in Paris, which we visited today.  If you follow the link, scroll to just below the long text for a good slide show of 16 images.

The  Albers lived  for the latter decades of their lives in Bethany Connecticut, where  the foundation devoted to their work is located. I resided in nearby New Haven for a good portion of my life, so I have a sense of them as neighbors.
