Joanne

Joanne is a conductor on the Manchester Victoria railway line, and I got chatting with her when she was waiting for passengers to get on and off, before setting off on the train. She was a really lovely staff member, and told me she's always happy to chat with anxious passengers to help them have a better rail journey.
