The road home

The skies were worth a proper look so I pulled over on my way home and took this. The rig has appeared over the last day or two and the wind turbine in the distance was definitely generating plenty of electricity today.

The last 18 hole competition at Kirkwall today and that's it for this season. So no more handicap creeping ever upward until April next year. Hurray!

Still watching the Ryder Cup; can't let the team down despite the desperate score and, so far, tonight's European performance is a big improvement on previous rounds. I might have to burn the midnight oil again.
