Hermitage of Braid

Went for a walk in the Hermitage of Braid. I haven't been there in ages. I guess it is a little bit easier to get to when I am working at KB. I had two targets in mind - one the burn and the other some fungi. It was well dry so I didn't see all that many exciting mushrooms. The burn delivered as hoped and I got to play with my new filters.

In the afternoon we took #2 to get jagged at Fort Kinnaird. There was a longish queue but we didn't mind waiting in the sunshine.

We rounded off the day by going to a friend's 50th birthday party. It was really great to catch up with people we hadn't seen in ages.
