Amaryllis

My sister-in-law always leaves an amaryllis for us and one for my mum on Christmas Day. She leaves others for her parents and her other brother. There is then a bit of family competition over whose has flowered quickest, grown tallest, produced most blooms, is most appealing to the eye etc etc etc.

Ours is finally threatening to flower and the colour is looking pretty good so far. So JT reckons we win.
