high and dry

We had great plans to head over to Cumbrae to walk the circuit, but the weather deteriorated from the glorious sunshine of the morning to high winds and threatening clouds.  Instead we decided on a short walk in Largs, and then a wander around parts of the Greenock Cut. Fortunately for us, the rain stayed off.
Extras are some yachts in front of Hunterston and a windsurfer making the most of the wind, one of the many fungi emerging around the nature trail at the Greenock cut, and a nosy sheep.
