Cookies

I have tried out a new recipe today. It’s Oaty Shortbread. It’s very simple, just oats butter flour and sugar, with a good pinch of salt. The oats are ground up in the processor so they are quite fine. It’s got a nice crisp finish and not too sweet, with a lovely flavour. I think it will go very well with cheese, or just a cup of tea.
They are on the bottom rack, with ginger and cinnamon, and coconut above.
