Spinfit

Starting to feel a bit better at long last. Managed to get back into my gym classes. Starting with a 1 hour Spinfit session, and then a further 1 hour bodypump.

Spinfit is all on the indoor bike. There are around 25 of us in the class, and most of us have been going to the class for 3 years or more. We're pretty hard core!

Bodypump works on lifting weights and stretching muscles. We have about 20 regulars.

I'll feel it when I wake up tomorrow, but it will do my body good. Need to get fit again. I feel so sluggish after being sick for 2 weeks.
