The "Thank You" Cake

This Blip was requested by #2. Several slices contained in a presentation box as a "Thank You" for attending the fundraising dinner last Saturday.

I made it quite clear that the contents had not to be consumed until I had my close up shot. I felt under pressure this evening, there was a desire to know exactly when said image would be captured.

So here you have it, I really would like to know how the swirly effect is achieved. Must ask the Chef.
