Fly past at RAF Waddington

RAF Waddington fly past of E-3D sentry and RC-135W Rivet Joint  celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the E-3D in RAF service.
They had hoped to have the Lancaster fly past but cross winds at RAF Coningsby kept her grounded.
