The actual big day with ol' friends

Today is our mothers actual birthday. When you reach 93 it takes a little longer to celebrate. An old friend from out west came to MD just to help her celebrate today. It has been 46 years since they have seen each other. We had a grand time getting back in touch and meeting his wife. A nice lunch followed. Hubby took the shot because I wanted the day it in my journal. I took the extra of a beautiful sunflower field near her home.. Have a blessed day.
