teacher's day here, the birthday of Confucius... normally there's a ceremony at the Confucius temple but this year, due to covid restrictions, it was cancelled... mind you having realised that it was going to be a day dominated by frustration rather than progress and that i'd started muttering at myself, it seemed to be just about enough of a reason to head over there and escape... always a good idea, there's something about the space which seems to cast a sense of calm, could just be that i'm always in the same mood when i go but i always seem to leave better than i arrived... this is from around the corner rather than the temple... elsewhere the rabbit hole has reached the last night in wien..
