Ripples on the river

Although we enjoyed a very sunny morning there were no reflections on the river ….. to much wind ruffling the surface of the water but the sun on the ripples made a rather interesting pattern.

A morning visit to the fabric shop in Glasgow…. need more wee bits for my next quilting project.

The weather is certainly chillier but as I refuse to put the heating on before October I just have to wear an extra layer.
