A Lesson in ICM

I gave myself a lesson in ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) today.

With the weekly food delivery due this afternoon, I went out for some exercise this morning, it was chilly but with bright sun. That gave me high contrast. I spotted these trees which had the sun shining on them, but the surrounding areas were in deep shade. I had a go at a few ICM shots, they just didn't work, the contrast was too high.

Lesson learned (for now!).
