Emptiness

The only crowded places today were where the MANY queued for petrol (at the rare garage that had just received a delivery).

The streets and shops were eerily quiet in Boscombe and Southbourne. So FEW vehicles and people. Expect those who could, went by bus, like us.

Sad for local shopkeepers - for all of us, especially the vulnerable, key workers. Trying times.

Off to eat my first Cox apple of the season. My favourite fruit, fresh off the tree and tart. Been waiting for them…. best apple in the world :)
