School or prison?

This old school has been derelict for many years now.
I always think it looks more like a prison - those 60's designers sure knew how to create an environment conducive to learning! Part of the complex is a leisure centre of sorts which was due to close years ago. Two years ago they spent some money doing up the facilities but it still looks awful from the outside.
