Apple honey scones

Busy baking day, which was a good use of a horrible wet day. Tomorrow looks better but really we have taken a turn for the worse. And to think we were complaining about the dry conditions only a few weeks ago!
These are practise scones for the Honey Show in November. They are lovely and moist!
