Man of Letters

Last year our book club read books with a local connection . One was Rogue Herries by Hugh Walpole.  Today in Keswick, having the car checked over for a mystery error message, I found Mr Walpole's grave . It reads

It reminded me that I need to read the remaining books in the chronicle of the Herries family.
