Grey Heron

Went up to the loch today, The young one seems to be on her own again but seems to be thriving. I am sure she saw me (could also be wishful thinking) and tried to fly over, I heard her "call". As she got close she was chased of by some gulls and took off into the wooded area. I will pop up tomorrow a bit earlier and see what happens although I have no real expectations. It is just nice to see that she is doing well.
