Petrol shortage still badly continuing, with either long queues or run out of fuel at petrol stations. This didn’t appear to stop the shoppers today. It was crazily busy, I apologised to one lady for the queue, and she said she didn’t mind as she had already queued in her car for an hour and a half, so the little M and S one was nothing.
I went to see Jean, and she hadn’t had a lunch carer by 2, and of course the morning carer had arrived by 7, not ideal for a diabetic. So I got her dinner, and made her tea for later.
I made a frittata with courgette, tomatoes, spring onions, and the last of a bag of fresh pasta. It tasted really good.
Harry set off for Dorset/Devon in the evening, (after helping me turn my mattress over!).
