rainy saturday..

it hasn't stopped since it started about 11am! So am glad we got out in the garden early this morning to finish off a bit more pruning! That's when I spotted this collared dove waiting patiently for us to get back indoors so he could get to the bird table!

so this afternoon has been a chilled affair - candles on, book reading and taking things easy. What wasn't easy was listening to Southend lose yet again.... it is so depressing supporting them! Oh for the good old days when we could at least win once in a while!
