Minx

I had one of these in 1967, it's second owner. I bought it from a Methodist Minister of cautious bent, and it took me ages to persuade it to do over 30mph. On my second day of ownership some clown drove into the back of it. As luck would have it, his insurer went bust that very day. It took a while sorting that out. I drove it for years untll the bottom fell out, in the days of rust before underseal.

Then here, on the A9, is an immaculate blast from my past. Roused all sorts of emotions and memories I wasn't expecting, of people and places. And I know I could still rebuild its engine without a manual.

Blip taken from a much more modern passenger seat.
