I have had these scaly sores for 5 years now they started off as gnat bites then never healed the sling kept building up on them I asked my dr and he told me they would never heal as there on the bone so I believed him then this month I decided to have a second opinion and saw my practice nurse.
And she said it is Psoriasis I said I thought that too! So have steroid gel to put on once a day and twice a day slather with Vaseline. And it seems to be working.
