Sunshine after rain in Gigha

I’ve brought three changes of sensible footwear to our friends catchup weekend to Gigha and I’m already two pairs down.

We booked this place as a base with the main plan of going to The Boathouse which is a rated restaurant. I used an automated system to book it then when I called to confirm recently they said they’d closed at the end of September! The Gigha hotel was a very good stand in.
