Man and dog

In John Leland's Itinerary c. 1542, he says, "At S. Austelles is nothing notable but the paroch chirch" Sadly, we had to concur, but my eye was also taken by this Banksy-esque street-art of a solidier/policman/security guard and dog by an unknown artist. Close to, it looks like random black splodges, but comes to life as you move away.

This piece speculates that it may be Banksy himself, but he now puts his own pieces on his website so that seems unlikely.
