By Mallards Lake

Such an abrupt change from yesterday’s awful day. The lingering clouds had cleared by the time we’d finished brunch so we were able to walk around the village and to the allotment in lovely sunshine.

Mallards Lake features regularly in my blips, it’s the place where usually, but not this year, a family of swans rear their brood.

Cooked a lasagne this afternoon to bring up to Doreen’s for tonight’s dinner. Enjoyed it and the raspberries (from the allotment) and custard afterwards.

Seeing Chris and Landon later this evening. Had plenty of photos and videos already. They’re at San Diego zoo today, Landon pulling the cart he used to be hauled around in.

Very pleased you liked No 300 on Tenterden bank passing the Cranbrook Road crossing.
