Another corker of a match this morning. Joe plays for Hamilton Panthers on a Sunday. A nail biter ending with a 3-2 victory.

A fairly lazy afternoon, but I started the day with an 8 mile run so felt I deserved it.

Lovely afternoon walk in the woods. I ended the day with some online training; suicide and self harm. Not the most feel-good subject!
