Union Canal, Edinburgh

The Leamington Lift Bridge is very close to one of the flats I lived in as a student in Edinburgh. Despite the proximity to my flat I had never discovered the lift bridge until today. In spite of the biting wind and occasional snow flurries the canal still had its share of runners and dog walkers going along it.
