My mother sees the sea

My parents came and visited me today, they live near the other border. So when I go to visit them I love to go into Germany, and for them it's special to go to the seaside. My mother's memory isn't what she'd like it to be and she's recovering from a knee operation so could not walk much, but she kept saying afterwards how good it had done her to see all that light.
