Tiny Kumpquat

the name derives from the Cantonese Kamkwat = golden madarin orange. Depending on the size they can produce hundreds of fruits each year. We usually leave them on the small tree (more like a bush) and enjoy the fruit and blossoms, the best crop we ever had right now. It is a slow growing tree and after the recent rain it is coming to a full bloom and carries lots of kumquats at the same time, the fruit is the size of a large olive.
