Gander

My book about Ganges Newfoundland on 9/11 has finally arrived.
I can’t rember if it was a blipper who recommended it or a friend of a friend on Facebook . Looking forward to reading it
Many years ago Gander Airport was a large international airport where transatlantic flights landed to refuel. As technology improved along with aircraft it was no longer needed until 9/11 when it’s size once once more became useful for all USA bound planes to be held.
Having watched a documentary one Christmas with the in-laws. We went to see Come From Away. The book will be the obvious next choice.
