Hand-knitting boom

Knitting is more popular than ever,  and wool yarn for Icelandic wool sweaters has even been sold out occasionally. They say that knitting not only brings joy, it has physical and mental health benefits too, like lowered blood pressure, reduced depression and anxiety, slowed onset of dementia, distraction from chronic pain and increased sense of wellbeing

I can knit, but I haven't knitted too much. I would like to knit a pullover, but I ponder will it be too big project for me?
