Ardnahoe distillery

This was our third distillery today. It is the newest and doesn’t even have any product available yet because the finished product needs at least 5 years in a barrel.

They use bourbon and oloroso barrels and they provide 70% of the flavour.

The stills in the picture have a window behind them which showcases the Paps of Jura.

This has been the first dry day of our holiday
