Day Out

We both happened to be free this morning, so 'A' and I treated ourselves to a morning in Edinburgh to wander, enjoy, refresh and view.  We were so lucky with the weather!
We started with a sunny coffee in St Andrews Square, then lunch at The Fruit Market Gallery, a visit to The City Art Gallery and finally a visit to 'Stills' photography Gallery.  It was all great.
The charcoal pictures were part of the new acquisitions section in The City Art Gallery and are by one of my favourite artists-Kate Downie.  I particularly liked ' Three Bridges Evening'.
