Harvest Moon

We went for a 9 mile walk along the Fife Coastal Path today, from West Wemyss via East Wemyss, Buckhaven, Methil, and Leven to the gorgeous and rather arty fishing village of Lower Largo - the birthplace, in 1676, of Alexander Selkirk (on whose story ‘Robinson Crusoe’ was based), from where we caught a bus back… but I didn’t take any photographic equipment on the walk so today’s Blip is of the harvest moon over Blackness Bay tonight, with a little added illumination from a handy street lamp. Just around the corner from our cottage

Since Methil gets a mention in it, today’s song is the still-splendid ‘Letter From America’ by The Proclaimers https://youtube.com/watch?v=yy9GmieAEaQ and there’s a bonus song too; it’s Neil Young’s ’Harvest Moon’, of course! https://youtube.com/watch?v=xMjDc8MJotU
