We got so fed up with HSBC not answering the phone or calling us back about something they have asked us to do that we got in the car and physically went to the bricks and mortar branch today.
The young man there was very helpful but said they can’t get through on the phone either and have to wait in the same phone queue as everyone else.
Great.
He emailed the online banking people and said a return email would arrive within a couple of hours. By close of business today it had not arrived.

I had a very much more pleasant afternoon. I went to Bidford on Avon and met another blipper Marykensa56 and her friendJo in the Village cafe there as I wanted to buy a children’s book she has written. It was amazing how many people we knew in common!
Always good to have a little Blipmeet.
