The boyo's back in town

Although the film of Under Milk Wood was made here, there's no evidence that Dylan Thomas ever set foot in Lower Town or visited the old harbour.
Twice a year though, his mighty namesake*  arrives to lift boats out of, or into, the water. Today, those craft that won't be used until the spring were moved to their winter quarters.
 It's always a significant marker of the changing seasons.
