Apple sauce, left over from last night’s roast pork dinner. It’s the only thing that is left over though.

And another batch of tomato soup. I’ll be picking more tomatoes tomorrow. This mild autumn is a real bonus.

(Today was the Borders Forest Trust 25th birthday conference, which I attended online. Also the beginning of Reforesting Scotland‘s annual gathering, which I cancelled on because of my sore throat.)
