Flaming mountain

Ben Durinish was set on fire today to burn away the old grass. WeeL came home tonight running into the house and I was ready and waiting for her as I knew she would be thinking the same as me. We ran about in the car trying to find the best spot to take the pictures and eventually scrambled up a hill by the light of the moon (not even a torch!). Fingers numb and unable to work the camera properly, we managed to take some shots of the fire. Also notice the snow capped mountain on the right (Ben Starav).

We were there past midnight so may blip this again tomorrow as there were other great shots.
