Chop chop

A friend has a very flourishing parsley patch and gave me a massive bunch as a thank you for 'looking after' her pots of herbs while she was away (honestly, I did nothing other than give them a home!). Anyway, here's some late night parsley chopping for filing in the freezer.

I had things to do in Kirkwall today which as always, ended up taking longer than anticipated. Berry had a shortish walk, again not really focused on me, but marginally better than yesterday!

And then home to a consultation to help with designing some form of front 'porch'/ covered area as we need somewhere other than the entrance hall for messy humans/ dogs to use. It's become a more pressing issue since we've been here permanently.

And then the herb pots were delivered back to their rightful owner with an obligatory cuppa and chat of course ;-)

Wrapping Christmas presents was postponed tonight though ...
