Happy Times

Today we spent several hours in the car travelling to visit my father-in-law. He hasn’t really been out since he was widowed four and a half years ago. Fortunately two of his sons live within easy reach and visit him regularly, but they’re not very domesticated.
I could have blipped the kitchen before and after I donned my rubber gloves, but decided a photo of happier times was in order. Here are my in-laws, Valerie and Doug,   rather tiddly at a family wedding a few years ago.
