Nora

This is Nora on Ballard Avenue trying to get a photo of the plaque on the top face of the building. The restaurants all have outdoor heated and covered areas set up for dining. The one we stopped at is La Carta de Oaxaca. We really love it. Mom told us the building used to have a Chinese restaurant that our grandfather took us to very often when we were toddlers. The plaque says 1923 and Bloc. But the top word is hard to make out. Must research. We spent the entire day in Ballard, walking, a manicure, brunch, , more walking, then dinner, then some lovely shopping. A Native American gallery store, a toy store some vintage clothing, all very fun.
