Wrapped Up

Decided to get the cake done this afternoon and forego the extra day I usually allow for all the booze to be soaked up. I can always add more over the next couple of months! So after three and a half hours in the oven it seemed ready (four hours is about the usual) and I wheeched it out. Looks good, smells good but whether if tastes good ... well, we’ll find out at Christmas.
