African paradise flycatcher is back....

These beautiful birds come once a year to nest and they have come in abundance - I have seen three together today!  They make a lovely noise and are such beautiful birds - very difficult to photograph as they move so quickly!

Tonight I went to a Jazz concert with a friend at one of the local (upmarket) hotels!  It was really nice to have a night out - it was outdoors so we didn't have to wear face masks which is great in the heat these days!!
