What a day! This mean so much to so many around the world.

Anzac day in the south, which must not be forgotten, my Grand Father also fought in Gallipoli, he was a Captain and from what I understand one of the few to return to his home in Scotland.

It's also my wedding anniversary, on this day 17 years ago, DQ and I took the plunge and got married. So it's a day to remember of us too. This is a snap from the big day, which means a lot to us both.
Both dads are no longer with us, but we remember them through these images.

This is also the birthday of a chap from Edinburgh call Patrick Roy, we grew up together but drifted apart at high school, Happy Brithday old Friend....
