Spontaneity

We bought this for a reason!  All three of us aren’t keen on sudden surprises!  We prefer to know more or less what’s happening on each day.  

Anyway, today we had a visit from John and Dean from a local removal company.  We had to delay our cooked meal until the evening - but that was okay, because we knew in advance they were visiting at lunch-time!  We are awaiting a quote from them now.

We have been busy sorting out our linen cupboard and bagging up stuff that we don’t need.  I also ordered a nice blue painting of Santorini to go on our new (very blue) wall at the other house.  It’s a realistic painting, as my husband doesn’t like abstract much and we both liked it.  I do enjoy planning how to set up a house…the packing ready to move, not so much…
