Damsons

A friend has dropped off some damsons from her garden. She gave me some a few years ago and I made damson gin and jam. I’ve spent the afternoon making jam but I couldn’t find the recipe I used last time. It doesn’t seem quite as set as I’d like but it certainly tastes good.
